At the Share Holders Meeting that came up about the prospects of being bought out by a huge corp for our new technology. The board all scoffed at the idea saying that if they were an independant company it might be likely. They claimed that being a publicly held stock holders company the out look on that happening is zilch. About the only thing that could happen is selling off a division or two maybe. That I think would take a stock holders vote to do.
