Agreed. Professional firms exist specifically to tackle social media. Done properly, its wildly successful. For example, Oreo (no joke, link below).
If Bill or anyone else wants to form social groups, thats awesome. I guarantee that the PR firm/social media firm will tell them very directly that it should be 100% personal, no business related info. I think its also a good move
