No, a spin off is when they set up one of their divisions as a seperate company and it therefore trades on its own with it's own name and symbol. The only way I see this happening with us is that we could possibly spin off the Hemp division. However, its all premature IMO. Best to you and yours ... and have a good day. I'm off to play tennis.
