Tricky Question.... The A/S is 2 Billion Shares... Last I saw was an O/S of 1.1 Billion.... This was an Increase from 900MM shares O/S from a previous period.
It is my assumption that the 200 mm shares went to the transaction to acquire BioChar Now rights.
To Get the float I start with the shares outstanding. I remove shares held by insiders. I remove shares held as restricted. I remove shares held as part of a transaction. All that info comes from the quarterly... So when they file their next quarterly we will have a better depiction... The Volume is not a good indicator since flippers can trade a share multiple times...
The last float I saw was in the 500MM range.
