1) This has been the worst winter since 1881.
2) Under the circumstances the 1st project appears to be behind schedule, the site is presently soaked. However, the quality of construction appears to be excellent. It is moving along but slowly; no one working but security on Thursday.
3) The second site has the same type of security fence and guard; a crew presently working on the interior.
4) The locals I talked to that were aware of the project and felt that local support was strong and the project was the real deal. I talked to locals that were actually invested and they had only positive comments and no negative concerns.
5) Town employees were positive and unaware of any problems with the city.
They felt that opportunity for employment for the community would be great.
My conclusion: If this is a scam it is way over the top. Why would they purchase an additional 25 acres with improvements? It makes no sense unless they are actually going in their stated direction. I feel they are.
I've been in this sector for 3 years and the "scams" are all over the place. The good bud is the key to the entire sector. Quality will rule the day. If the quality is here with the potential for even a fraction of the proposed quantity; this can't miss.
I've been in this since sub penny. I'm playing with the houses money and couldn't be happier.
