I agree with you and Grant. Let's remember that in

So its only been 4 years and a couple weeks. Full permits applied for in 2010 took about a year to be issued by the NYDEC, much longer than forecast, and JBI encountered its first "interference" during that process. Political muscle was brought to bear to push it through Albany. Since that time the interference has been intensifying. Processor sales should put a heavy dent in that BS going forward.
The person whose DD consists of "emailing IR" or "emailing the company" only seems interested in the detective work of catching a lie. In contrast, I have not found any "lies" and my DD has consisted of visiting the plant more than once, talking with John B. and management on several occasions, talking with the people at Islechem, talking with the people at the NYDEC, talking with people at Madison County, and even talking with some of the whales at the AGMs, along with locals and family members. That's what it takes to accurately judge both character and the potential of new technology.
"Tenacious Johny and Richard the Lion Hearted" need to be supported for their efforts, not demeaned (not meaning you WD), as the company was nearly lost last summer. Thanks to Wesson for having the guts to speak up and speak out about the nefarious actions of certain people.
Heddle does not have public company experience but I trust him to get the initial sales done, at which point an independent board will likely be seated, and a CEO with public company experience subsequently vetted by that board. The first hint we have of "quality" is the new CFO, who has taken his time to get the 10K done right. I suspect there may be others of his caliber waiting in the wings.
Personally, I am waiting for the details of the first sales package, and could care less about the 10K or the Q1, as the AGM transcript from last December makes clear they were running P3 to obtain data for purchasers of machines, not fuel.
The first processor sale package will start the dominoes falling.
