My friend you cannot compare an OTC company to a NASDAQ. The only way I would like to see a R/S is when the share per price is at 0.10+ and the company announce to 10 for 1 R/S to move to Nasdaq or NYSE. As long as the company is in OTC any reverse split will means shareholders will lose their pants. So much manipulation by MMs and ventures takes place here and illegal bear raids bashing the stock. A R/S will just give them another reason to short the stock and bash it back to where we are now at and shareholders will need at that point over 2000% gain to break even. Just take this off the table, it's a no brainer and it will burn any potential this might have.
