Asking Koos for a R/S is an idiotic idea. I have been trading OTC stocks since 2007 and let me share this with you and you can actually do some research h yourself. Every stock that get reversed in OTC loses at least 75% of it's current value unless if they are are at 0.0001 BUT WAIT, that's not all the BAD NEWS. all OTC stocks drops back to their pre-split level right after the R/S takes place. EXAPMLE are ELAY, SAPX, LHPT, WGAS DNAD and many many more. This is the rule NO EXCEPTIONS. the only people who loses in a R/S are share holders. What you should have recommended is for the company to get a loan or some funding and buys shares back while they down then announce the retirement of shares which will send the PPS to 500%-1000% from these levels where the company can sell some shares and pay their debt.
