Reading that article, I'm reminded of a scene from
Post# of 56323
The character playing the President asked one of the staffers "Do you think that the public will understand my point?" One of the staffers responded with; "There are only 80 people in the country that would be stupid enough to get that wrong, unfortunately, they are all sitting out there in the press room."
In the world of journalism there are those who strive to report accurately.
Then there are those who become agenda driven, and won't listen to anything beyond what they can squeeze and twist to fit that agenda.
As we all have seen, that guy clearly has an agenda.
It would be easy to dismiss him as "stuck on stupid", due to his obvious lack of writing skill, but i think his problem may be a pathological inability to hear or understand something that he can't manipulate in his own mind to fit his agenda.
