I see your point, Regen would leagally seperate it self from BMSN's past leagal issues. But I don't see how a reverse split would help BMSN or Regen in any way. I only see BMSN as a holding company owning two companies; and it will only prosper if the those two companies do well. That is the point, that Regen and ENTB must do well in order for BMSN to do well; and that won't be accomplished by a reverse split. I believe it would only tarnish Regen. At this point only Regen can save BMSN (and ENTB) when FDA approves. Regen and ENTB directly owns all of the patents not BMSN.
