Cliff speaks only with PRs unless you're lucky enough for the fellow to answer his phone. He will talk to you if that happens. The number is 301-202-7762. If you get the recording it says he will get in touch but that is quite unlikely. I think we're getting too close (before June 1st which means by May 30th) for him to say much of anything. My best guess is to watch for the website to be completed or make a few Cheshire Cat appearances between now and then.
