Means that there's absolutely no way anyone can accuse Matt Dwyer of dumping $BCAP shares he owns into the market for personal gain, very simply because he doesn't own Common shares. Also proof that Matt Dwyer didn't and couldn't vote to effect the freeze in the Common share structure for his own personal gain.
The only way for $BCAP's share price to go lower is for people to sell into the bid. On the other hand, if the ask is progressively bought out, $BCAP's share price should continue to appreciate.
