OK..... on this 'rumor', the fact is that currently CXR is completing an acquisition of a drug called Donnatal from Revive Pharma in the amount of $200mm in cash and $63mm in shares.(as of march pps).
They are using very little or no cash of their own and doing major financing to get the deal done. Should be completed this month.
That said, the , 'source', in my experience is more often wrong than right and gets paid to promo , 'rumors'.
CXR listed at the first of the year on the Toronto Exchange so it is somewhat new, but the pps has gone up considerable since from about $11.00 to over $30 as of today. So, maybe they have a good company.....I haven't done the research....but, When I think of what it would cost them to get this company and all of it's moving parts....lol, yhea, I do not think so. They paid the above for just one drug that made $45 million in one year.....that is chump change to what this would do.....and I can't even start to do those numbers with all of the potential...... So,.....no, I would not expect to hear that kind of news anytime soon.....have a nice day. GLTA
