OVRL and SPIHF merger, planned for third quarter:"each outstanding share of Overland common stock will be exchanged for 0.510594 common shares of Sphere 3D"

Yesterday, OVRL closed at $2.99, SPIHF closed at $8.64.
Right now, OVRL is at 3.76, and SPIHF is halted "pending news."
OVRL had 60K shorts as of 4/30

SPIHF also has some short interest.
It will be interesting to see what happens. If SPIHF resumes at around 8.64, OVRL should go up.
