According to SEC filings around another 34% can be accounted for so that means 71% of the float can be accounted for.
That would leave 29% of the float available or only around 16000 shares. I don't know how many shares others here own.
According to Joe, Ahmet offered the 5418 shares in January and as of yesterday there were still 3400 of that amount still offered at $14.00. That would be another 6% of the float, but so far today those shares are not appearing. Maybe Ahmet thought better of his decision and pulled the offer.
Anyway, I am very bullish on the fundamental prospects for the company and it looks to me big problems soon may be lurking for some people.
