approved the dismissal of Joseph Amundsen, CPA, PC (“Amundsen&rdquo , the Company’s independent auditor, effective immediately.
The Company determined to dismiss Amundsen as a result of learning that he was not licensed to appear before the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC&rdquo . Amundsen never provided the Company with an audit of its financial statements
