$HALB could have a breakout week. Recently received new financing and unusual volume the last two days, gained 38%. Check out the bard for some great DD by Slingwing. If news hits we could see a target of ..40 60 or higher. This is extremely this and moves very quick. We moved from .055-.07 with about 50,000 shares traded.
