TRTC 2014 First Quarter - Catastrophic !!
( From Unaudited Version of SEC 10-Q releases May 15th 2014 )
For 3 Months Ended March 31, 2014 :
Total Revenues $ 560,319 ( Instead Av. $ 1,75 Mn for Annual $ 7 Mn )
Cost of Goods Sold $ 558,229 ( Margin 0,36 % for Profit $ 2090 ! )
Selling, general and administrative expenses $ 2,203,805
Loss from operations $ 2,201,715
Net Loss applicable to common shareholders $ 4,916,490
Additionally worse :
Property, equipment and leasehold improvements, net $ 4,842,817
( The Leasehold, as New 5 Acre Plant, Etc., of what they Do Not Own
and therefore is never Assets, of what they just permitted to use only,
They Criminally did put into the section of Property & Equipment which
for sure by SEC get refused and Amended and then resulting 2014 Q1
looks even much more worse as it already is ! )

The number of Common Shares Outstanding at 10-Q of 167,022,553 is also
not correct, because according SEC S-3 as of April 16th with everything or all
included or converted is confirmed Common Stocks Outstanding 265,992,272
and before under same conditions at Dec. 31, 2013 we got confirmed 233,8 Mn
Common Stocks O/S, but for impression they cheat now by not
converting all to Common Stocks !

Conclusive : If we take that achieved Q1 Revenue for 2014 it means
not even the too poor $ 7 Mn, but only $ 2,24 Mn and anyway never
the $ 58 Mn Annual as it just very reasonable as min. suppose to be.
Then further, they already talk about a 700 % Revenue Increase compare
the very scandalous 2013 Q1 Revenue of $ 66 K only, as without Edible
Garden as since April 25, 2013.
Really, How much more Investors Fooling we Get !!
Additionally They means Derek & Co. Increased the Cash- Burning
only which means the $ 3 Mn Cash will just last about 2 Months !
