The following is my simplified and in a nutshell thoughts about this evenings financial report:
PVEC quarterly financials came out today and on time. It was for 3 months ending March 31, 2014. It was prepared well and done by securities attorney from New York, New York named Milan Saha. last quarter they had $620 left in their bank account. as of March 31 their bank account had $88,000 in cash. The OS went to around 7 Billion because they got busy paying off all debts the company had going back all the way to 2011. The company was busy cleaning up its books and getting its house in order and knocked out a lot of the debts and interest outstanding.......they were all paid by PVEC through common stock shares which contributed to our pps to where it is today plus the loss of investor confidence due to company having gone dark for so long. Appears that that is about to change since they cleaned out and cleaned up their books and doing everything the right way and professionally now.
Although we took a major hit on our pps, we now get to work essentially with a clean slate and sets up for the start of the northward move for our pps.......since now ANY GOOD NEWS AND ANY REVENUE PRODUCING THING WILL PROPEL US FORWARD!
Also, the share structure can be reduced again along the way as revenues and more financing comes in.
Now that their books are cleaner they can also have a better chance of financing and other monetary options in the future.
Also noted that the massive increase in the OS was probably also affected because since the pps was so low it took many more millions of shares to cover the payment of outstanding debts.
It is my belief that PVEC has turned over a new leaf.......That it has a professional securities attorney actively working with pvec for a reason......PVEC has filed its 2nd financial report again on time for a reason......and PVEC cleaned up its books by paying off outstanding debts and interest FOR A REASON! Also noted that Zeus travel is now revenue producing and stands to gain around a million in revenues just for the summer alone plus the other deals it has in place. Next we will see what Peter had been working on in the UK. The storm is pretty much behind us and we are about to sail into calmer seas and blue skies. People better suck up those remaining .0002s because that is as good an entry point as it is going to get on this stock with great potential.....minimum remaining downside.....and outstanding upside potential!
