Rumer has bills been giving shares away to pay for this project. Is this true ? I guess if it is. Its better than a reverse split. And answers y. Were at 7 cents.

I heard bill was paying with shares. For this project. I know about 20 mill loan. Heard he was paying people withvfree shares.
