IMHCowboyO investors that have demonstrated patience and loyalty to the company and its management will be rewarded as has been stated by the CEO 
and believed by some.
I would never leave my investment dollars in a company that I did not have confidence in, simple isn't it?
My investments are made through a broker in the open market, no insider information, no discounts, no private placement.
Long is my investment style, and by long I mean years not days, weeks or months.
