Truly. This is how winners play. Winners let the other guy think he is making all the right moves. Not only in stocks but so many other games in the world I have watched as the winners position themselves for the strike there is typically a kind of head fake which triggers the losers into action which actually is detrimental to their game and leads the losers into having a disadvantage once the winners turn and burn. It is a classic and common tactic among many players in many games. How many stocks have you ever been in where there was a substantial rise (blow-off top) which quickly turned into a steep decline followed by months of the stock falling into the gutter? How many stocks have you seen take a short term fall, with many turning negative on the stock, only to see it pop and then go on a massive run for months? I have seen many and I continue to see it every day in the market, that is how money is made, its what seperates those making money and those losing money. Each investor or trader must make their own investment decisions in the end and not allow him/herself to be swayed by popular sentiment or advice from public message boards. We all seek the truth, sadly some out there deceptively act as if they seek the truth but really only wish to spread lies, hatred, speculative guesswork and misconceptions so as to cause fear and confusion to instigate selling. Some of the bashers out there want and need investors to become mindless zombie flippers so they can extract the most money out of them, causing them to lose on most of the trades and so share turnover is high so that their daily shorting and covering can work to make them their lunch money. They make money on the volume and if the float over time gets locked up with a bunch of die hard longs, they cannot make money and tend to lose more and more money over time because they only know their MM shorty flipper strategy and play their self-made pump and dumps in the particular stock.
The way I see it, I think the drastic declines in the market or in any stock are necessary and healthy. It shakes loose the weak and provides opportunity for the winners. For anyone who is scared by a move lower like today should remember the lows just months ago were in the triple zero range and we are now back at the 200 DMA. It is nothing special or eventful, business as usual. But if anyone doubts their holdings in RFMK, then I suggest that they dump their entire position as soon as possible. I typically am not so extreme in my suggestions but we find ourselves at the crux of the fundamental and technical dynamics for this company and stock right now, only weeks away from what could be major game changers and yet we have a 12% correction in the stock on a very red Friday in the markets and there are those who are shaking in their boots complaining that we need news or something from management asap to stem the declines. Really?! LOL
Do or do not, there is no try.
