50-for-1 reverse split today...followed by the stock dropping 75% to $0.38. The reverse split brings the share count from around 500 million shares down to about 10 million shares.
As the share issuances have ratcheted up significantly lately, it's likely not only MGP which is dumping shares onto the market. MGP isn't anywhere near done getting shares from the company and dumping them either.
If anyone is long NEWL, it may have been a rough ride so far but I don't think it's going to get any easier.
