Guess it did sound a little unclear after I re-read it. I am saying the pattern has been fairly obvious recently. Yes, PPS will drop then after license is announced will quickly go back up, the question is how much will it go down before recovering. I believe we will see close to SMA200 before the end of the month. That is where I am placing my GTC Limit order.
Aside from Charting supporting the above is some logic
1. There is still large quantity of previously restricted shares being sold and volume is not large enough to support PPS
2. The is too much upside potential when licensing does occur to pass up an opportunity (MM's) to drive PPS down
3. FITX (insiders) may be interested in buying some of the shares they sold at .08-.09 back at .04
4. FITX may be interested in buying back shares on the open market at .04 which would be a lot cheaper than after licensing/grow cycles,etc.
Most of all though, The SMA200 almost always supports a significant bounce (resistance) and there are a number of other indicators all pointing to the came conclusion.
