Slow Ranger, what your implying in your post is well noted! No pun intended! The shareholders of TECO have a hard time with credibility and I know I do!
I'm confident what is being proposed will actually be performed. The question always remains is how accurate was/is the analysis after the results of drilling and completion. I've come to learn the hard way that drilling and completing oil wells is not an exact science but has many variables.
What changes the scope of today's PR is Chris T. and John Bell and their associates who have decades of experience in the oil industry. I am now 100% confident in their ability to produce as much oil as these wells are capable of giving up based on today's drilling and completion technologies. Patience has been exhausted, recouped, exhausted, recouped, etc, etc.
What a haaaaard, looong trip it's been!
