im not even convinced the license will help at this point. I think the license will get us back up to .09. I'm not sold that it will put us over the .10 mark just yet. Originally everybody thought this was going to explode at be at $1.00 by sept, or end of the year. Not going to happen, this will get up there eventually but its going to take a lot longer than we are hoping for.
