Cre8tive Works commences process to become fully reporting with the SEC
MIAMI BEACH, FL, May 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Cre8tive Works, Inc. ("Cre8tive"
(OTCPINK:FILM) today announces that management has commenced the process to become fully reporting with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC". The management has identified the auditor and the legal team and is in the process of gathering the information and preparing the documentation required to complete the filing process. As previously released, Cre8tive was to become fully reporting in Canada by listing on a Canadian Stock Exchange but after further review it was decided that it will be quicker and more cost effective to become fully reporting in the US first.
The process will include but not be limited to:
An audit of the financial records of Cre8tive.
Preparation and filing of a Form 10 with the SEC.
Filing all applicable documents with EDGAR.
Preparing and filing a current Information document with the NASD.
