Isn't announcing preferreds the financing option that you came up with to raise the capital for the brokerage? 

This is one of many and as mentioned when we have secured all the financing we will move forward.

Isn't investing in companies and bringing them through your investment, part of the business plan?  Why is that no longer a priority, I get the "something unique to offer" line, but as of, you don't have any money  coming in and plenty going out. 

You are mixing two different business objective the “Unique” reference was to the T/A which currently is no different then any other, we have potential clients still they do not have the funds to make the move.  Baron could front the money, but I feel it is better to use those funds for the ultimate goal of the Company.

Obviously, sitting at .0001, plenty of people are calling for investigations and this and that. 

Everyone is entitled to an opinion we have nothing to hide we go above and beyond most PK companies when doing our financials and we completed all our missing years even though it was not required.

You know that they probably won't be able to touch you, but if you have any sense of compassion for the many that are deeply in the red investing in you, you could clarify some of my questions and I can attempt to calm down some of your more dedicated longs.

I just don't get the need for the PR, why?

Because this stock is trading crazy going up and down on spikes because people are playing games and investors need to understand where the company is and what it needs to get to the next level.
