I don't understand your question----The AMS guys are gone---took their shoes and socks and split---Now, my question to you is::: what does their leaving have to do with SNEY's dredges---Sney bot them and Sney still owns them---AMS has "squat", except Sney shares,  their own personal capital, Tantulus and whatever property concessions they went out and acquired...

PS--- They also have a "pipe dream" prospectus, I understand---tho, don't quote me.
