I was impressed that the below post lasted as long as it did on IH8B.  Generally as a rule I do not post there, but wanted to debunk some of the shit that SOD was posting ad-naeum.  I deserved to stay, IMO, but it and all of the responses were deleted.  Any, for no better reason then the hell of it, here it is.

This is no different than the rest of the speculative spam your posts insinuate.

When has the SEC made the final decision on the outcome of their investigation?

Where is the link to the SEC decision as to not allow KMAG back on the pinks?

Please provide the final details of the investigation of KMAG that you have that shows us that it will not be back on the pinks.

Please allow us to see the rejected 211 forms or post any relevant information you have from FINRA showing a denial to KMAG?

Please provide the PR reports from KMAG updating their status as being denied by any market maker.

Please provide your evidence that the PPS is being artifically manipulated at this point when buys and sells are simply matching with no influence from any MM.

Please allow us to see any communications you've had with outside sources that show that continued manipulation of the PPS is ongoing and being done so artificially. (I am certain the board will not mind if you send private communications with screen shots of friends who have bought and sold to each other in an attempt to inflate or deflate the PPS in a manner to manipulate).

I've learned long ago that words are nothing more than words without evidence.  Since your posting provides no evidence or documentation to support your claim, all you really have is a speculative claim like the rest of us.  Granted yours is a tirade laced with inflammatory remarks about the company, coupled with defaming remarks about the CEO himself, but that's OK, those posts are continuously allowed.  I already get the picture.

However, 95% of us already understand the the posts you are shoveling is the same sh*t you've been posting ad-naseum for over a month. We've seen the SEC documentation.  We know the mountain KMAG needs to scale, we understand the costs. So does the CEO.

Here is a little evidence for you since you like to provide the same tired links.

1. JR has not stopped his communications with his shareholders.  (I am sure many here will share some of those communications.)
2. JR has recently put out a lawyers letter reconfirming numbers in the heat of an investigation. He's either the biggest idiot in the world for doing that or the greatest scammer ever.  Or perhaps, just perhaps, he is being honest.
3. Longs and those with a financial investment have confirmed outside suppliers who have acknolwedged continued and long-standing relationships with KMAG.

That is just a flavor. Personally, I haven't posted here in a month because most of the words have become the same irrelevant bullsh*t as we simply wait for the solution, and frankly, anything I post gets deleted within 1 minute anyway because some can't handle simple logic or the truth.

Instead, I am sure this will be twisted into an off-topic retort or personal attack which it surely is not; you are entitled to your spammed opinion.  However, just for the hell of it, let's see how long this lasts.
