In that clip the mayor said something about CEN putting the cart before the horse but you would think he has to realize that you can't apply for a permit from Health Canada without a facility for them to inspect. Sure you can provide documents with details of what you are proposing but they still have to have a structure/facility to inspect prior to handing out a license, maybe the mayor was having abrain fart in that clip............!

All in all he verified pretty much what CEN has been saying about the facility and what is going on in Lakeshore.!
