I agree.. It would be a huge mistake (IMO) to deny a growing company in a dynamic new market the ability to add employees at will... This is essentially what I believe the mayor's and city counsel's biggest job expectation is. Remember, 1 manufacturing job (and I believe high paying agricultural job) creates 2 service jobs.. Everyone wins...... This should be a non-issue.....
