weaseldawg's last post is interesting...i haven't watched Baltia's L2 in a long time, but those 100/200 share slaps are obvious...I had ET Pro opened today, so I took a look back at Baltia and saw that the trades did in fact occur.
Now, can we safely assume that retail investors aren't so stupid as to waste their commission fees buying a couple hundred shares of Baltia (paying $7.99 commission for $1 worth of stock)? It just doesn't happen.
So who has been painting the tape for the past many months (years?)?
