If this guy is commiting slander and as a result stock manipulation...a cease and desist would have to be against him, editor and paper in which ran his articles including the CEO. Every person that would be in a capacity to vett this guys claims. Bourdon of proof is on the newspaper. All IHUB and other social media transcripts should be seized. The paper would have insurance and attorney' s to cover this kind of thing. If this kind of thing is an option being considered by creative it would behoove everyone and anyone to not engage or have contact in any way with this guy. Even talking about him in jest should be discouraged. I doubt HC is spooked by this guy and very likely the higher officials have no idea or look at this as a nuisance. If this kind of thing was even considered it could be broadened to include certain basher's who feed this guy his " research" on IHUB. IMHO if this guy continues this slander I feel the above outlined, could very well happen.

If this was simply a push for Bill to show his cards because of impatience and instant gradification...shame on those people...especially if it is found they are invested in a competitor ....this has turned out to be malicious , for what agenda we may never know.
