So lets say I am one of those note holders. To be one in the first place I have to have a few bucks I think everyone would agree. Now I wouldn't have lent the money in the first place if I hadn't done my DD and expected a good return. So either I expect to make money scamming investors and subjecting myself to being investigated or I think GNCP has some valuable claims and sound management and I expect to make money via returns generated by GNCP deals causing the shareprice to rise. If I expect the latter I would not be selling my shares, I would rather hold them until a JV or two drives the price much higher. Now if that is the case and those note holders did not sell their shares into the market as the naysayers claim it means that GNCP has one huge naked short and I mean huge. If I subtract the noteholders shares from the present outstanding I am left with a relatively small number of shares and it should be fun as GNCP first becomes current and then brings the sisters current and provides us with lots of additional news all causing the size of the short to grow! Go GNCP!!!
