PLEASE READ!!
Per BILL: As the shareholders CEO, and in the spirit of continued transparency, I will address the following issues:
As many of you know I make myself available for every interview by CREDIBLE news outlets and journalists; Many times at a moment’s notice. Realistically, I have probably done over 100 hundred media interviews for the company. On ONE occasion I was afforded the opportunity to review my quotes and addressed errors in transcription by the reporter. I have never been given a sneak peak on any article. Therefore what is written is as much as a surprise to me as it is to you.
Since the inception of our project we applied to grow and sell 600,000 kg or 1,320,000 lb of medical marijuana. I have reiterated numerous times that this is a number we would aspire to work up to. More so, that it would not and could not be produced with the two buildings we currently have erected. I also clarified that we have a 10.3 acre property which we could build-out over time. Accordingly, as growth in business would necessitate new structures that could possibly be many stories above and below ground we would apply for permits upon necessity.
We have retained the best architects and engineers in South Western Ontario. We have addressed with them all issues regarding water and utilities. We will have a water reclamation system in operation and we have forecasted our Hydro demands and contacted the necessary parties. One does not undertake a project of this magnitude without hiring the proper subject matter experts. I can assure you we have the best of the best at our disposal. Zoning is also a non-issue at this stage. We continue to work hand in hand with the Town of Lakeshore to address any future concerns. They have been amazing throughout this process. I thank the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Council and all administrative staff who have been harassed by people fishing for problems which simply don’t exist. Thank you for being shareholders.
