Well if you watch the news coverage on the property FITX bought, it is not flattering. The horse farm that is there is loved by all of the locals and for many years. It seems the horse breeding business is dying there so it is symbolizing the end of an era for this part of Canada. BUT the jobs that are being lost should be replaced by a business that MAY be in the area for a long time in to the future.
