CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwired - May 14, 2014) - Peoplesway.Com, Inc. (OTC Pink: PLWY) (PINKSHEETS: PLWY)
Peoplesway is pleased to announce that we have set a date to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with our first acquisition candidate, Idea WebCatcher Holdings, Inc. Both companies are continuing legal review and final due diligence, but have reached enough comfort to schedule the signing of a MOU to outline the final terms and a closing date for the acquisition.
Each party has agreed to complete and sign the MOU no later than May 30, 2014. Based on the discussions and discovery so far, it is anticipated that a closing date could be established within 30 days following the signing of MOU.
