If the 10-Q is filed on time, then perhaps we can begin to assume that Igor has heard and is listening to the concerns of the shareholders. If it is filed with an extension, then we can assume that the statement was all just hot air. (again - why would BLTA have to file for an exrtension? Their 10-Q should certainly at this time be the easiest 10-Q they will ever have to put together!),
For ANY other company, the Facebook CEO update we saw yesterday would be NOTHING, but for Baltia (having a 24 year history of its leader never saying anything at all), it could very well be a whole lot of something.
My favorite part.....the promise of future "updates".
We have heard that promise over and over again - almost to the point of "the boy who cried wolf". Let's see if over the next few weeks it actually rings true this time.
And I hope no one missed the explanation that was (subtley?) built into the statement - the one explaining why there are so few PRs!
My final assessment: Some of the things we have been discussing as of late and complaining about for years have finally made their way back to Igor's normally deaf ears - and perhaps he has heard and is starting to listen.
The future will tell whether or not yesterday's update was just an empty bone or a bone with some meat on it.
