I had a thought , maybe you guys think its a dumb one but here it goes .I believe a lot of you guys on here are sharp cookies and have done a lot of DD maybe more than HIMR , I myself am a construction contractor ,bought and sold real estate 35yrs ,licensed over the yrs.in about 8 fields from carpentry to septics, CDL etc. of course I dont know it all you never do,what if we compiled a list of our 1000's of yrs experience that could help HIMR and email it to them. Tell them we dont in no way want to knock them but work with them but for free we donate our ideals to help them suceed, because thats what ultimately we all want. And maybe they could without being to proud, go through our check list of potential set backs in the future and nip them in the bud and ask questions about other permits or other items to assure all of us the greatest chance for success .If this permit issue was a surprise to them maybe there is another setback coming! Ive done nearly 85 manufactured land/home deals you have to have special road permits to move homes between certain hours on certain weight roads and bridges. They may need back up mechanical parts of the most likely parts that would break and shut down operations so you dont have to wait 3 months to have it shipped. A plan for a backup boat, tractor, wenches ,pulleys .Catch my drift. GO HIMR! Seek1st
