Hello team, was out of town yesterday and played golf today. Have been reading all your posts. I understand your feelings and don't blame you. That laminated permit is really sorta ridiculous but they have to abide by what is the law in Panama. I have talked with my contact person today and Pedro Barquet and the Kuna chief have gone to ANAM raising hell about it and are demanding they release it. They are anxious to get this show on the road. Don't be surprised if further news is not forthcoming soon. All I can say is hang tough. I know that sounds like something HIMR would say but that's the way it is. I know I'm here for the duration. If I hear of anything, I will post what I can. JB
