SHAREHOLDER UPDATE FROM OUR CEO:
To our valued shareholders:
As we continue to move forward towards our ultimate goal of becoming operational, we would like to update you on several things that are going on here at Baltia.
First off, our B747 aircraft is currently undergoing required maintenance in preparation of our inaugural flight. Upon the completion of maintenance, we will continue with the pilot and crew training and then move on to table top exercises, mini evacuation and proving flights. Once the proving flights have been completed Baltia’s Part 121 Certificate will be issued.
We are also completing the build out of our headquarters at JFK as well as our base of operations at Willow Run. These state of the art facilities will facilitate and support the ambitious expansion of our company and its route network.
Final selections are being made with regards to uniforms, menu options and in-flight amenities to name a few. We are in discussions with various vendors who will provide services ranging from reservations to catering.
Many of our shareholders wonder why Baltia has not put out frequent press releases. Please understand that Baltia Air Lines only releases events which are milestones for the company and we do not want our shareholders to misconstrue the infrequent press releases as a lack of gratitude for their investments.
We know this has been a long journey, but we are confident that we will be able to accomplish all of our goals. Our dedicated team is working around the clock to ensure that your precious investment is maximized. We will continue to communicate our progress via updates in a timely fashion and will provide press releases when major milestones are completed.
All of us at Baltia would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your ongoing patience, loyalty and support as we continue to build “America’s Newest Airline”.
Sincerely,
Igor Dmitrowsky
