I received last June after signing the audited Fiscal 2011 and 2012
Annual Financial Statements along with the Interim 2013 report.
I am expecting to receive the audited 2013 financial statement along with an interim report for 2014 this year after signing another NDA.
The good thing about the company having the audited financials is that they can uplist to a higher exchange when they feel the timing warrants same. Hope this helps. Go TEVE!!!
