I still cannot figure out the point of the PR. It

I still cannot figure out the point of the PR.  It stated things I expected, but gave unnecessary feul to the naysayers on the ihub board.  It is very interesting though to see in all of this panic 1.15 billion shares are wanted at 1.  

Still not sure what to make of stated changes to the articles of incorporation in the PR.  I hope it is to reflect the preferred shares and not an A/S increase.
