Overall, I have to say it is a pretty good day:
1. Just got off a plane in Vegas for 4 days of work
2. Found out that when I got off that my long time resting order for another slug was filled at $0.0765
3. The so-called bashing article actually confirmed that the town does indeed have no issues with zoning for the current construction at site one buildings 1 and 2.....
Mayor Bain...
“We’re actually in a meeting right now talking about it,” said Bain on the phone to me Monday morning. “We don’t even have an application in for what they’re talking about. We have approved 60,000 square feet – we don’t have any problem with that."
53,000 sf of grow space in building 2 with 6,000 sf of processing in building 1 fits nicely into 60,000 sf of town approved space. Plus the vault for storage.
If and when they are ready to expand, then they will work with the town but right now for the current project, Bill is correct - there are no zoning issues with confirmation from the mayor.
