There is a distinction between what was developed prior to 06.30.2013 and developed thereafter. AVL affair made that clear. Terms of licensing rights can vary from product to product per an agreement; terms of said agreement not public. Overall, there are a number of contradictions and unanswered questions. Tier impediment.
