Proposals/contracts/blueprints/manuals/permits/licences will all have to be created/obtained for/by the 1st buyers. You don't just buy, the latest and greatest technology in the world of plastic pyrolysis, off the shelf. (Engineering/lawyers have to be involved and you know how long that adds to the process - or is that just another excuse to you).
Once the template has been created then subsequent sales will happen much quicker.
