The people that sell BCAP cheap don't know, or care about where the company is moving long-term. Those people are the liquidity providers and their interest is vrey short-term micro-trades with large percentage swings. Those percentages will diminish over time as the share price sustainably appreciates.
Today's PR basically put a "cap" on the number of shares in the market. Its now "safe" to buy in and flip knowing that there's no dilution. Basically share price going down isn't due to new shares, its due to depressed share holder interest.
Over the past 6-8 weeks the smear campaign has been wrecked. The lies have systematically been exposed. Anyone that reads the filings or PR's can see $BCAP is a soon-to-be SEC reporting company. The audits are underway and within ten trading days the initiation of the S-1 registration process will begin. Those are confirmatory issues.
In the interim, BCAP has many new shareholders at higher price points and a few larger holders who continue to accumulate knowing the long-term trend.
