Peoplesway is pleased to announce that we are in final talks regarding an agreement in principal with our first acquisition candidate, Idea WebCatcherHoldings, Inc.The companies are working towards completion of legal review and final due diligence.
Idea WebCatcher Holdings, Inc. was established to identify and research primarily web and cloud based companies, applications and/or projects to incubate and assist operationally.With a number of projects already underway and others in consideration, we are excited about the potential for explosive growth of Idea WebCatcher.
