Three cents won't last the afternoon. I made my round of calls to my dad and some friends and I'm betting others have done the same. A thousand dollars here and there from retail will probably start to add up. I really doubt that NITE really wants to go short the full 63,000 dollars on TECO at 3 cents and is just trying to intimidate buyers.
